Tagus River

Tagus River is the longest river on the Iberian Peninsula, from it's source in Fuente de Garcia, Spain to Lisbon, Portugal, the river covers more than 1000 km and it also pass right by Quinta das Praias. This photo series is the reflection of what I've seen on some of my exploration trips along the river and the small villages that lies by it. Sadly it's seems like a lot of the life in the villages has ended with the dying of the older generations and the younger generations leaving for the big city life.
